22 years of sacrifice
I am a Filipina diagnosed with psoriasis 22 years ago. I can say that i got this from my father who also suffered from psoriasis until he was taken by the Lord. When I was younger, I suffered from inferiority complex up to the point that i'm only staying inside our house for many days until my red lessions become light. I have been using dermovate ointment for many years already and it was very effective during the first few years. But now sad to say its not as effective as before and this is the only medication i know that is over the counter. If their is a Filipino patient who can give advice on what to do or what medicine to take or apply that is available here in the Philippines because most medicines that i read from the internet are from other countries which i cant affrod to buy considering my financial status. Hi Marieta... I'm sorry to hear about your father. I hope everything is better. Well I'm a Filipino and I've been suffering from psoriasis for about three years... Mild lotions are available over the counter and they are great for moisturizing. Remember it is best to keep it moisturized. Whenever you have break outs or days where your psoriasis is unbearably itchy put ice on it. Try not to take long showers because it may cause irritation. Try using tar...

yep, agree ako sau.ganun dn ginagawa ko. coconut oil sa umaga or sa gb bgo matulog. it really helps. pag my time ka chat tau sa ym mi_inocentes@yahoo.com. so far ok na ung p ko.hope sau dn

Thank you for the advise. Yes, hope one day chat tayo para malaman ko kung ano talaga ginawa mo at nawala na psoriasis mo. Ako sa ngayon, my mga part lang ng katawan ko ang affected gaya ng elbows at legs ko, mahirap mawala sa mga area na ito. buti nalang sa face kaagad nababawasan ang redness pag nag papahid na ako ng dermovate. Kaya lang pinagalitan ako ng dermatologist na nag check up sa akin noon kasi daw d dapat tuloy2 ang pag gamit nito. To all of you who responded to me, thank you.

right now i'm using daivonex, at ung isa daivobet, cream cia na available sa pinas, also try bethasalic oitment, kya lang the first two medyo mahal, but you can try it.

Try to control it also by eating only fruits and vegetable especially green leafy vegetables and sun bathing would really be helpful. I am also a Filipino suffering from P for the last 15 years.
