Permalink Reply by Aleah Artes on April 2, 2010 at 9:25am No my derm would always say if you eat certain items and see a flare up either have a skin test or stop consuming them altogether. Cheese is a killer for me as well as fried eggs with instant facial and scalp flare ups and rash, im alright boiling them now. For me the problem is red meat. I still eat the above providing its prepared in a healthy way, boiled or grilled without artificial flavouring and spices. Wheat and rice, only in small portions occasionally and coffee I have totally given up. Yes it improves the condition but then again I have changed several things in one go so cant be certain if the above changes are the main contributors in helping.
