How many of you tried to avoid Eggs and Chicken then got a P free skin?

Though all of us responds to different kinds of treatment in clearing this disgusting psoriasis, im wondering how many of us avoided eating eggs, chicken, wheat, white rice, tomatoes, coffee etc.. and made a difference in their skins within two months or more..???

Also, could you guys tell me what the best food to eat for all of us with psoriasis??

i asked my derma already with what to eat and not, she says, i can eat all the food i want, coz P is a chronic disease, it strikes at any age, just accept my p, enjoy life, and be stress free... does your derma tells you the same thing?

No my derm would always say if you eat certain items and see a flare up either have a skin test or stop consuming them altogether. Cheese is a killer for me as well as fried eggs with instant facial and scalp flare ups and rash, im alright boiling them now. For me the problem is red meat. I still eat the above providing its prepared in a healthy way, boiled or grilled without artificial flavouring and spices. Wheat and rice, only in small portions occasionally and coffee I have totally given up. Yes it improves the condition but then again I have changed several things in one go so cant be certain if the above changes are the main contributors in helping.
thanks for the advice Wasim.. i already stopped chicken and eggs but indulging in beef and pork.. still my p is itching.. maybe one day ill find out that only water will do great in my skin.. then i wont have to eat anything!! heeheheheh.. but i also hope that when that day comes, theres already a clear solution and treatment for our psoriasis!!
