So i havent been on in a while. On December 22, 2010 i was prescribed Humira. Within 2 days i saw results. My psoriasiswas completly gone within 2 weeks. It seemed to be working well for a long time. whenever i got a cut or anything it didnt turn to psoriasis. But, as of 2 weeks ago on September 13, 2011 my psoriasis is beginning to come back not as fast as before. i have mannaged to get 2 tattos since it started again and they turned out good with no problems and i got another today so i will keep people who are intrested about getting tattoos with psoriasis but are scared of it turning to it posted. i was wondering if anyone else has taken humira for a long period of time, and also if you have did it eventually stop working?

Angie,  I was on Embral for awhile, and it seems like it stopped working.  I let my body take a break from it for 4 months, then went back on it and it worked again.  I find for me that I needed to give my body a rest before it started working again.  Ask your Dr. if you should stop it for awhile.  I broke back out but it cleared up faster once I started my shots again.  Sure hope you find relief~~~~

Am starting Humira on monday hope it helps 30 years suffering is enough!

After 6 weeks so far it has helped some and after thirty years of suffering I actually have hope!

I used Humira for about a year to a year and a half.  It worked great and cleared me 100%, but then the P came back.

I am now on Stelara.  I have been on it for a year and a half now.  I am a little bit concerned because I have a few spots of P that came back on my legs.  Keeping my fingers crossed that it will be as far as it goes.  There's nothing else to try!
