Hi Ryan / Cindy,

Thanks for the welcome. I have tried a lot of different treatment approaches over the past 17 years. I am currently doing UVB treatments (3x a week) and using Protopic. I started using both in September and had a lot of success fairly quickly. Over the past few weeks, I have had to travel for work a lot and have been unable to consistently get lights. My psoriasis has come back with a vengeance.

Welcome to the group. As Cindy mentioned, this really is a family and I, for one, am very grateful for my friends here. People are very supportive. I am currently on methotrexate, which seems to be working - skin is much calmer at the moment.

Hi..I'm Zareen...
I've had psoriasis since i was 5 and now I'm 21..I juz wanna know if maybe some of you guys did take any cream or oinment? I did used Daivonex since i knew i had psoriasis..this oinment contain calcipotriol..this is the only oinment that can slow down,normalises abnormal cell proliferation on my skin..
Other than the UVB treatment,what else treatment did you have? In Malaysia, the UVB treatment is hardly to find..because basically wherever doctor I've met they only gave me cream or oinment.

is it injectable or just put on skin?
