Psoriasis Cure Now Community Network

I have read in some articles on medical sites that you can have psoriatic arthritis or   psoriasis in your eyes. They describe it but the question I have is does it hurt and burn  sometimes? Does it effect you more after rising then at night or at different times?

The reason I am asking is because I have to squint like my eyes have been closed to tight for a long period of time. It happens upon awaking in the mornings because my eyes hurt. It is becoming more frequent like almost every morning and sometimes around 8 or 9 at night to. I would appreciate any input.

wish you well.....keep your head up....
Cindy,
I am so sorry you had it that bad and I hope that never happens to you again. I am not sure if mine is related to psa or p but I just know that my eyes hurt most in the morning just after waking. Thank you for your input and your well wishes. I really do appreciate that. Take care. :)
I have p in the corners of my eyes. I use Protopic very spareingly. My derm says it's OK. Mine is worse in the morning and late at night. VERY DRY AND ITCHY. Drops (for dry eyes) help some times.
Some folks with PA have iritis which is inflammation of the iris. My sister has had iritis several times.
It is very painful.
