What is the best home remedy or drug store products

The following products/treatment I experimented on my own has helped me deal with this condition:

1) Vaseline

2) Olive oil

3) Less time taking a shower, avoid using warm/hot water.

3) Ice packs whenever it's extremely itchy

4) Aveno Lotion

5) Hydrozone Cortozone Creams

6) Benadryl

7) Listen to your favorite songs to take your mind off of the itchiness

8) Rub the area with any type of ointment instead of scratching it.

9) Take deep breaths

10) I find that watching anything that has suspense or horror will flare up my psoriasis so try to watch something funny or romantic?

Anything that will keep my psoriasis moist helps with the irritation.  I found that by simply relaxing and placing ice packs all over the irritated areas helps a lot.  I hope this will help you all.
