hi all what i can say is that all kind of drinks that have aspartame in them like diet coke, diet sugars are bad , i cut on them i i could see a change, they are not good at all.

- vegetarian n sya for life, kaya lang may dumating kami n relatives from abroad e wala kaming ginawa kundi kumain kaya aun eat uli sya ng regular food. pero in fairness naman mejo ok ang balat nya ngaun.. ung k dr tam, pag psoriasis daw ang sakit mo, iwas lang talaga sa mga food n makakapag aggravate ng P. tapos may pinapainom sya n wheat grass un for life n din iinumin un. may kamahalan nga lang... do u work? do u have kids? asawa ko nga ndi makasakay ng barko kasi pag nagpamedical makikita ang mga lesions nya. meron p ding natitira sa legs. pero un sa braso at katawan nya nawala... anong ointment ang gamit mo?
