Well its been 3 weeks of use with coal tar baths and it seems to be working!!! I go back to see my Derm in two weeks and if it has not completly cleared up we will do both coal tar and light therapy. I am very happy with my new Derm, he seems to care deeply about this diesease. The only draw back so far is that the coal tar smells real bad!! Im using 20% which i think is the strongest dose you can get. I have not had it stain anything yet as I rinse it off after i get out of the tub. anyhow… Continue

Hey all!

I got in to see a new Dr. and he told me to use coal tar in the bath tub!! soak for 30 mins and then use eucerin before I dry off. Its a pain in the a## to put the cream on when your all wet but I have noticed a improvment only after 4 time of use!!! The swelling is down and the itch isnt so bad. Has anyone else used this kind of treatment and did it work??
