there are european companies that will send it through the mail, but your local gym is a safer idea if you are in the states, those guys really dont like drugs being mailed in to the country.

you need to stay hydrated, drink lot's of water/gatorade. Sunscreen with reapplication and give yourself some shade time too. The hydration is the most important thing though. Good luck and sorry you felt so badly.

Heat Exhaustion

Ok,I admit,I am a HUGE dummy for this one.But Saturday I was out in the sun way too long,and I got extremely ill.I was vomiting,sleeping 12+ hours all weekend, and running a fever of 101.2-102.Obviously,not smart for someone with psoriasis-BIG mistake on my part.My question is,how do I deal with it if it happens to me again (which I'm trying to avoid,becuase this weekend was a nightmare),and could it be even worse if it happens a second time?Thanks.See More

Brie: I am new to this site as well, I started out a few years ago with plaque type and now have the pustular form which is quite bad on my hands, feet and legs with the plaque type been on lots of biologics including remicaide for the last 6 years…

I am having such a rough time with my skin.My medication isnt cutting it anymore.Anyone have some tips or advice?I'd really appreciate it.

All the meds I named before were all injections.
I don't see them to be risky as I do effective.
I guess it depends on how severe your psoriasis is.
Mine is very severe to the point it's all over my legs, back, chest, a little on my arms and now my face too.

This coming monday i get my second shot then it's every three months there after.
I do see a bit of improvement. I hope after the second shot I'm almost all cleared up....
