hi ya just found this site,thats because i,ve never looked before,its nice to see all other sufferers on these pages,its a very lonely illness as you dont really want to talk about it to people that dont understand it,It has mapped my life out,making choises for me as to what and when i do things and to the moods your in when you do do something when your clear which is no very often and for reasons that i have not got to understand yet you can be on cloud nine then ther are the downs when your red and blotchy and flakey for reasons i dont understand either ,you want to say to the world go away

I know that you are intrested in the colon clensing for 7 days. The doctors name is Bernard Jensen he has passed away but he sells the 7 day fast online I recommend this fast because as hard as it was it helped me a lot I went swimming after being bed ridden for 1year or so. it os a little expensive but still less than a doctor and much healthier. It's not easy but if you ave a week I encourage you to do so. yeah im in chicago, this is the second hot day this year. When it was cold i would pray for hot days now i kinda regret it!lol and what sucks i dont like wearing shorts cuz of my legs( thats were i have my psorasis the worse) What i dont understand last summer my legs cleared up completely and i wasnt on any meds and this summer it hasnt changed a bit!!! UGH... oh well i just pray it isnt getting worse.

If you plan to go natural i can tell you that epson salt with water applied to helped my skin clear my father would make me do this twice aday. Primrose oil, vitamin e, is fantastic as a supplement but also to apply on the affective area. if you can do a fast for your colon and a detox for at least 3 day it will help eliminate all the junk we put in and help absorb the vitamins better. Stay away from citric acid wich is in most drinks. limit or eliminate dairy, junk food, all white flower products try to drink as much water as possible and if you are anuthing like me and mu ccousin that is hard I use to drink a gallon of water a day since i hated it i pretended it was medicine and just chuged it. i would usually follow it with a sip of something i enjoyed. My dad kept a daiary for 3years i will find it and if you want give you more info. I had alot of luck with naturall products I did a fast with the help of some herballist when i came to florida it lasted 7days. I was not able to walk when i started and at the end I actually went swimming it was fantastic. I was so excited that every two to three months after that I continually did the fast for 3-4 years. IT did not eliminate my psoriasis but allowed me to have a better life. I still try to do the fast at least once a year or when my sister or cousin need company doing there fast. When you do a fast with some one you have some one to complain to for us it worked. I do not wa nt you to do anything with out your parents fast are not easy and you may experience some side affect for the 1st few days. Some of this helped us it may not work for you but I can help you if your parents decided it was something they wanted you to try all the supplements can be bought at a herbal shop.
