- I understand how difficult it can be. I lived with it for 20 something years mostly in bed so vent away . Paoriasis comes with major life changes or extremely stressfull situations there are ways you can help eliviate some of the pain. For many years I did a extreme all natural diet my parents felt i nwas to young for such strong meds. If you are intrested I will give you all the information I have.
