Hi my name is Erika and im 23 years old and ive been living with Psoriasis for almost three years now. I was diagnosed with Plaque Psoriasis as soon as i had my son. For now i only have it on my legs and a lil on my elbows. It is pretty bad on my legs and it sucks because i cant wear shorts in the summer. Ive tried several steroid lotions but doesnt work that good. I think my next step is steroid pills which i tried once but they made me very sick to my stomach. My doctor also tells me not to stress out to much cuz that also causes my flare ups. Which is pretty hard not to stress raising a three year old boy all by yourself.
