I have had psoriasis for about 25 years and never really bothered with it except put cream on it sometimes. It is restricted to my elbows. knees, and scalp. Recently on both sides of my hands, the index and middle finger started to hurt and swell. My sister the nurse told me that it is probably related to my psoriasis. My back started hurting as well.
