I have tried everything over the years. Castor oil will also work but the Vaseline is better.
Try this:
soak your foot for 10 minutes in water or dead sea salts
spritz with 10 to 1 solution of glycerin
do not dry your foot.

- Happy Birthday, My Friend! Sorry it has been so long since we have caught up. All this LeBron talk recently has had me thinking about Michael Jordan. No one has matched him yet.
I will be in Chicago in the fall--maybe we can catch up then in person. We might do a Chicago Walk in Spring of 2010, which would be great fun.
