- Hi John....I've had similiar rashes but less apparent on my ankles and upper feet also. My doctors here in Italy didn't recognize them as psoriasis right away. I've been diagnosed with the arthritic form so I have very few rashes on my skin but the pain was terrible until I started with Deltacortisone and an antiinflammatory called Salazopyrin En 500mg (4 pills a day). The disease has inflamed my aorta and its valve. I'm taking heart meds too, now.
