"P" in the Rainbow State?

There are no members from the Rainbow State, yet I see the signs of "P" around me in the Island of Oahu. Should I "out" them? Privately of course...It would be nice to talk about "P" 2 someone face 2, I would never do that I know the shame involved with "P", shoot I still hide mine (I refused to wear shorts when the flares are bad or I will only go to the beach when I know it will be deserted....LOL I know ridiculous).
