Hello.....doing so-so. Thinking about getting a second opinion on my health. I've had some bad days and can't seem to get my strength back. My meds aren't working as well as they should. Our weather has been good. Very hot, around 34° C so that helps. I've spent a few days at the beach because my daughter lives in a seaside town. That's always good for me. Got a little colour but my skin drys up too fast. Hope you're doing fine. Bye

Thank you for being a kind and caring friend. I know that the p can take it's toll. I hope that you are not having really bad flare ups. I will send a little prayer that you will go into remission and stay in remission. I hope you get to enjoy the fall season with all the beautiful foliage. I love to grab a big steaming mug of coffee and walk at the shore. I don't like the beach in the summer (heat and psoriasis and to many people sunbathing) but in the fall it is wonderful.

I have been having flare ups and the psoriasis never goes away in my ears, except for a few short months, but I try not to let it stop me from doing what I need to do (that's not easy with both P & PSA). Let's just say it is a real challenge. I do have to say I am really looking forward to the fall season though. As far as the economy goes it stinks here as well, it gets tough and is yet another challenge. We with these diseases P & PSA are used to challenges though. I call P & PSA the Terror Twins who cause lots and lots of mayhem. lol lol lol. It is also good to laugh at them too, it helps us keep our sanity with something that can be devistating at times.

In closing I wish you flare free, better health and happier days ahead. Take care Michael. I to will try to be better at writing and keeping in touch also.

you're very welcome. Always willing to help, inspire, motivate, and encourage others to be optimistic and hopeful. I had my miserable days with psoriasis. Just remember you're not alone. If you ever have horrible breakouts , try to take a moment or two to relax and take deep breaths. Picture something that is pleasing and peaceful. This helps a lot.

hello. now im using acitretin and im still waiting for the results...

I use triamcinolone cream, which is basically steroid cream i think. At night I wrap up with plastic wrap. I was on antibiotics for awhile because we thought my tonsils kept spiking it. Now I'm just waiting to see what happens since I got them removed.
