cheers for the message , yeah it looks like im gonna have to go back to Doctors and explain again i know he must get frustrated by it has theres no cure he'l book me back at the hospital, yes i had light treatment that pic of me wiv my face bad was halfway thru light treatment 3times a week for 3month all it seem to do was imflame my face i kept telling them but i wondered half the time if they were listening to me and they use to do the pshycology on me and every time i walked in the hospice opne or two nurses always wud say how much better i was looking it felt like i was bein patronised half the time even tho my face was red roar, wen i'd finished the treatment they said they were happy wiv it but i tell you what all the light treatment did to me his make me look like i'd been to the bahamas for a month, then has soon has the tan eased my skin was twice has bad especially allover my face neck and hands, so i left it at that i became slightly dissalussioned with it all, and since then it has spread all in between my groin which often becomes sore and i got it all over my shoulders and all down my chest and tummy, bearing in mind i suffer gutate psoriasis which his very red all the time and his most times sore, anyway nikki been nice chatting, speak soon Tom
