When is enough, enough?

Ok so my P has came back worse then ever before! Its almost 100% minus my face on my body. It hurts extremely bad and now my legs and ankles are swelling. I have been to three derms in my area who have all told me I am to young for biologics and they believe it will all better itself. I am at the point where I can't stop itching and I can't sleep the sore's are HUGH and leaking a clear fluid. Is it even worth going to the emergency room or will they just turn me away too?See More

hi ryan..i've been for MTX for more than a year now...i have blood tests regularly. and i think you also to do that to monitor the effects of the pill you are taking...my derm see to it that i have done the test at least every other month.
