Being healthy and taking Humira

Has anyone had a side effects from the drug as far as working out is concerned.  I am a bit of a crazy one and work out 4 times a week at about 2 hrs a pop...but since Humira goes for the body inflammation system, are these workouts really going to yeild anything.  The whole idea behind working out, is tearing and then your body heals itself and makes the muscle a bit bigger.  (Basic story, obviously).  Not that I want to not continue going to the gym,just wondering if their is a bad side…See More
