I'm new to having psoriasis and just wanted to know things that have helped others.
What is the jama treatment? and its okay its very uncomfortable, plus its really starting to thin my skin, its really sensitive :/

How long have you suffered from psoriasis?
So I probably sound stupid in asking this but what does going to the dead sea do? I don't get it. Is there something in the water that helps your skin?

the cream I use for now is Dermae
Psorzema Creme
it's all natural with vitamins. i put it on constantly through out the day.
i bought it on sale at my health food store.
the other diet that worked for me was anti-candida diet.

- Hey there friend....I saw where you asked what is the deal with the dead sea...one thing came to mind and i wanted to share it....you might wanna research the blue lagoon in iceland...it tells some things about the dea sea stuff and water treatments and all that good stuff....if i didnt have three children and a husband and job...i would take the chance to head over there to see how that treatment really works....the blue lagoon or dead sea retreat....research it...it might be something you can do.....(i hear some insurances will pay a good part of the treatment there)...good luck!!!!
