I have had psoriasis in my hair for a few years and nothing I have used has cured it vaseline softens it has anyone better ideas

I am in Australia and I have psoriasis mainly in my hair also a little inside my ears. I find vaseline rub Into the scalp helps a little. My usually goes away in the Summer
