I have psoratic arthritis. I started taking simponi on 11/6/09 and by the next day, all the pain was gone from my fingers, feet, back and legs, and I feel it has helped with my psoriasis also. It's a miracle drug I highly recommend and I am so glad my rheumatologist suggested it.
