I went to derm today to see about starting biologic.  He thought I should con't w/ conservative approach first because of s/e, severity of biologics.   I have moderate to severe p, although I have had it for 31 years, I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT INFECTION/ ILLNESS COULD MAKE IT WORSE! I think I'm ready to try the biologics.  I've put it off for years because I'm afraid of the side effects, am I over thinking them ("lymphoma, multiple sclerosis, TB")  ???   I have 3 kids;6 yrs., 8 yrs., and 12 yrs.  They are the main reason I'm afraid... of dying from side effects.  Am I being paranoid?    I was approved for Enbrel yrs. ago but chickened out.  Heard Remicade is great (from infusion nurse/neighbor).   I mean everything has side effects, right?      I'm  45 y/o, have had p for…See More
