hi everyone!iam new to this site....i have psoriasis for 7yrs..iam looking for friends ..any treatment available plz help me..iam from india

- I am currently not on any medication, but I have taken Enbral and it has worked for me. I do not eat spicy foods or foods with a lot of acid as I notice I have a flare up when I do. I drink lots of water and excercise. I try to get out in the sun whenever possible. I also pray a lot and live one day at a time. Hope you are having a wonderful day!!!
