zinc supliments

I started taking 100 mg. of chelated zinc per day 3 days ago, I had previously been taking 20-30mg daily. I am already seeing significant improvement in my plaque psoriasis.

You can sign up at www.PsoriasisWalkChicago.org . The Walk itself is family-friendly and follows a short, flat course. There will be free refreshments, treatment info and goody bags for participants. Hope you can come!
