So, I just found out Saturday that I am pregnant again. I just had a miscarriage last February so I am terrified. This time my psoriasis hasn't spread...which is realllly strange. That was how I knew I was pregnant last time. I'm not sure what that means...if it means anything....but it sure is freaking me out. Weird right? Wanting my psoriasis to get worse so that I know everything is ok. haha. Its not just that though, I have no morning sickness this time. :\ This will be my 5th pregnancy (I'v… Continue

Hi all,

My name is Troy I am a 36 year old male from Wisconsin. I have been dealing with psorasis for most of my life. Like most of you I have been on all the topical medications I can, I took psoratiane (sp?) I am an emergency medical technician and a police officer. I will be exposed to a lot of nasty stuff. I was suppose to start taking Humira a couple days ago. I had a Humira nurse come to my house to show me how to take the injections. I chickened out. I see needles all th

Psoriasis Cure Now We are under spam attack

Our apologies to all of you for the spammer who is attacking our site pretty hard over the last 48 hours. We will try to delete it, and work to add new features to raise their costs, but in the meantime, please bear with us.

The good news, I suppose, is spammers now think this network has grown big enough to be worth their time spamming us. But there are pet lover sites, rock band sites, etc., that are 50 and 100 times the size of our psoriasis site! Which raises the bad news, which is… Continue

Stephanie Henson Willard My journey with Humira

So 2 weeks ago I switched from Enbrel to Humira. I had been on Enbrel for over 6 years. It took me from 90% covered to about 20% covered with about 3 or 4 flair ups over those 6 years. The last one was enough. I knew there were more meds out there and I was ready to try something new. The first shot of Humira stung so bad!!! But in the last two weeks I have noticed a difference.I did get a terible sinus infection two days after injection. Here are pics of two weeks ago… Continue

Audrey Perry I'm glad I'm not alone however....

I'm not exactly sure where to start - 3.5 yrs ago I guess...that's when my psoriasis started behind my ears and then the weight gain....I am now approximately 55 pounds overweight - I'm 5'2" and almost 200#; I weighed less when I was 9 months pregnant with my daughter! Anyway, to say that stress brings this 'disease" to a head "using the term loosely" is an understatement however....if I had known stress could cause this much pain, debilitation, fear (of people seeing the skin "falling" from my… Continue

Joanne Moncato No Help For this Psorimadness.!!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone. First my heart goes out to all of you for I know your pain first hand. I will try to make this as short as possible. I think I started with my psoriasis long ago with different things showing up at different times and not being able to put it all together.

In 2007/2008 I was working as a floral designer standing on my feet all day. I had problems with my feet before but this was a nightmare. On a pain scale of 1-10 it was a 10 all day every day plus my
