Hello everyone,

My name is Jason, If anyone wishes to talk to me you may call me by my nickname if you wish (Otto). I have had Psoriasis for 16 years now. I was 24 when it first hit me. I waited for 5 months until I did something about it. By then it covered close to 80% of my body. I never took pictures of myself because........well just because. I am sure you all have a similar story so I'm not going to get into it. I am very excited to be here with everyone , an dI look forward to talking with as many people as I can.

Hey there Stephanie....welcome to the family!!!!!
I tried to write you last night and for some reason my computer shut down and my message wasnt sent......so Im going to try this again.......
first....i would suggest to try some jama treatments.....that is putting a steriod ointment on your skin then putting on wet pajamas...then putting on a sweat suit...then covering up with blankets.....or if you dont have a steriod do what i did before i had a good derm.....i would put vasoline on my skin and wrap myself with saran wrap and sit for at least an hour....it will loosen up those scales.....then i would take a quick shower....then i would take a bath with sea salt (i bought the cheap ones at walmart)...and i would put half a cup of baby oil in the bath....i would relax and just enjoy the bath for a good 45 mins to an hour...then once out....after i would dry off i would alternate putting lotion on my skin and a small amount of baby oil...i would use the lotion one night and the baby oil the next.....as far as your scalp i stand by the perscription Cormax scalp solution.....it is amazing...it will burn like your head is on fire the first few times...trick is stand in front of a fan and let the fan blow on your head, that way the burn will be cut down by a lot.......i would put it on two to three times a day and in a few days....it was drastically better or totally gone......
