Ok,I admit,I am a HUGE dummy for this one.But Saturday I was out in the sun way too long, and I got extremely ill.I was vomiting, sleeping 12+ hours all weekend, and running a fever of 101.2-102.Obviously,not smart for someone with psoriasis-BIG mistake on my part.My question is,how do I deal with it if it happens to me again (which I'm trying to avoid, becuase this weekend was a nightmare),and could it be even worse if it happens a second time?

Thanks.

you need to stay hydrated, drink lot's of water/gatorade. Sunscreen with reapplication and give yourself some shade time too. The hydration is the most important thing though. Good luck and sorry you felt so badly.
