Hello Iam new to the site also. I have had psoriasis for 35+ years and I have tried all kinds of treatments including home remedies. Everytime I find something that worked it has been taken off the market. Coal Tar products like Oxipor was what I was treated with as a child, and I finlly got my doctor to write me a prescription for coal tar shampoo, I use it in the winter time. I just stopped taking Enbrel it worked vry well at first I kept getting sins infections and had to stop the injections. I am going to my Dermo Doc in the am to see if I can take the new drug Sterala. Like everyone else I need some relief and winter is coming.
