Hi Im Black with Scalp and body psoriasis Please Help!

Hi im new to the site. i stay in Chicago il. im a 21 year old African american, work go to school stay alone no family.. i have locks in my hair.. i have psoriasis bad in my scalp. it started when i was 18. but at the time i through it was just dandruff. Till my hair start to fall out have insurance.(if anyone know any cheap insurance that will cover this please tell me) . IT is also a lil on my face, ALL OVER MY STOMACH. and a little on my penis. Please if anyone can help a brother out i will be grateful.
