How Long Must 1 Suffer Before 1 Says Enough Is Enough ?

Hello All ,
i have a question for you all if you do not mind please .
How Long Must 1 Suffer Before 1 Says Enough Is Enough ?!
For over 22 years I have 5 different types of Psoriasis
( Guttate Psoriasis , Palmoplantor Psoriasis , Scalp Psoriasis ,
Plaque Psoriasis , Psoriatic Arthritis ) from head to toe .
I have done everything that my Doctors have thrown at me from Tar Baths
Oatmeal Baths , oral , topical , Enbrel , Humira to Remicade ,
I've been through it all !!!!! And nothing phase's this disease called PSORIASIS we are at our last straw with Remicade , because after Remicade there is nothing else for me .
Please think of the above question as you read the following . Thank you for your time.
SET SILENT CRY FREE
Life is never good for me and this is what I wish you'd see.
Just let me end it all for I'll be happy in the end, I'll finally be free.
Free from all the pain and torment and the never ending battle.
No more dealing with the itching, scratching, bleeding and infections,
I'd finally be through with it all , I finally be through with this curse.
You just don't seem to understand that by keeping me here your
Making it worse.
If I were dead and gone by now I'd be happy, I wouldn't have this life,
I wouldn't have this curse.
I know for sure that once its all over with my heart will finally be content.
Please everyone don't be upset, please don't be pissed.
You just need to know I love you all but couldn't handle this curse anymore.
You just need to let me go to heaven now, hopefully God will understand and accept this.
Tell everyone I love them and that I'm sorry I had to go so soon and leave them all behind.
But I just needed to end it all and start a new life so happiness I could find.
These are the last words I'll ever be writing down.
I know they are harsh but don't worry, rest your head, be at ease, don't make a sound.
Know that I love you and always have but I need to think of me right now and so I say goodbye.
Be happy without me and know that I'm somewhere good, somewhere up high.
I just hope your not crying, I want you to know everything will be ok.
I'll be watching over you and listening to what you have to say.
Just have patience, wait till the day, and I'll see you up here in heaven and we can be together.
Except this time things will be better and you'll see me happy, always and forever.
So stop your weeping now and know this is the best thing for me It is my time to go.
Psoriasis's time to set me free.

I also know how you feel...I've been dealing with this now for over 20 years...I am married...I have to sons, who I am scared to death will inherit this madness from me....There are days when I feel as if I can't go on any longer....right now, I am covered pretty much from head to toe...except for my face...but I have noticed a spot by my ear today...that makes me even more scared...I could hide this most of the time but now it seems I can't do that anymore....I'm about to go into a research study program to use Apremilast and I know they are looking for people to take part in this study...it's phase 3....after this phase it goes to market and it's been looking really promising......I've tried all the creams....lighting.....tar baths....but was always reluctant to try the studies...but i am to the point now where I can't handle this much longer and I am now willing to try anything....Just know that you are not alone...there are many of us out here just like you....we live each day as you do with the frustration of itching....scratching....bleeding....scaling all over the place...I think this is a great place for people like us to help each other...i hope i have helped you somewhat...because when i read your message from October 16....You have felt the same thing that I have felt in recent weeks....Many of us know how you feel....you are not alone.

I understand exactly how you feel. The only difference is that I am now 35 years old and I have 2 children who depend on me. If I'm not around their dad would raise them and we split because of domestic violence. I can't bring myself to end my suffering when it would only be the beginning of their suffering.

I cured my psoriatic arthritis without drugs. Two years ago I had it so bad in my feet I could hardly walk, now my feet feel great! It also helped to clear up my skin. And it wasn't difficult, I stopped eating gluten, which is in all wheat products and is also added to foods as a thickener. It took about three months before I noticed a difference and after six months I was pain free and no longer using cortisone cream for my skin, which is much better and mostly cleared up. Doctors don't seem to know about this or at least I haven't heard anything from them about not eating gluten. And there are tons of substitutes for wheat products (bread, pasta, etc) and even a lot of restaurants with gluten free menus because of a lot of people with celiac disease out there who get really sick if they eat wheat/gluten. If any one is interested in learning more about living gluten free, let me know (and no I'm not selling anything in case people were wondering) ... Dave

I will be praying for you. God will never give us more than we can handle. Do not ever give up. Ever. Please stay strong. You are not alone in this. There are others out there. Find them and draw strength from them. May God bless and keep you!
