Ronni, are you seeing a dermatologist or rheumatologist? They would prescribe it for you.

I'm not seeing as much improvement as I did at first. In fact, It seems to be trying to creep back in....like on my scalp I'm noticing more itching and a few flakes again. The inflammation on my skin is gone, now I just have the rough, dry patches. The size of the scales are much smaller and some of the patches on my stomach are completely gone except for the discoloration of the skin, but my back is still very rough and dry. Still a lot better than it was, but I'm wondering if the double dose in the beginning was what I got most of the improvement from and the shots since then are just maintaining that level of improvement. I kind of have to watch these things myself since I don't see any doctors regularly due to lack of insurance.

How to I inquire about getting started on Humira?

Dee,
I was able to get my son started on the Humira because of his size, not his age, but he has cleared up dramatically. We are so happy. He has only taken 4 shots now and his scalp is completly clear and the rest of his body is showing so much improvement. Good Luck!
